1. About JustNovaPay
JustNovaPay provides Buy Now, Pay Later (“BNPL”) payment solutions that allow customers to shop with participating merchants and pay over time through scheduled installments.
We aim to provide secure, transparent, and flexible payment experiences for customers and merchants across South Africa.
2. Eligibility
To use JustNovaPay services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a VALID ID/PASSPORT
- Reside legally in South Africa
- Have a valid payment card or supported bank account
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Not be under debt review, administration, or legal restrictions affecting your financial obligations
We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
By creating an account, you agree that:
- All information provided is accurate and up to date
- You will not share your account with others
- You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized activity

4. Payment Services
When using JustNovaPay:
- You may split purchases into scheduled installment payments
- Payment schedules and amounts will always be displayed before confirmation
- By completing a transaction, you authorize JustNovaPay to process payments according to your selected plan
- Missed payments may result in additional fees or temporary suspension of services
We may adjust spending limits, payment eligibility, or access to services at any time.
5. Merchants & Purchases
JustNovaPay acts as a payment provider between customers and participating merchants.
We are not responsible for:
- Product quality
- Delivery issues
- Merchant disputes
- Product availability or pricing
Any disputes relating to products or services purchased must be resolved directly with the merchant.
6. Refunds
Refunds are subject to the merchant’s refund and return policies.
If a merchant approves a refund:
- Your installment balance may be adjusted accordingly
- Any eligible refund amount may be returned to your original payment method or account balance
Processing times may vary depending on the merchant and financial institution.
7. Privacy & Personal Information
Your privacy matters to us.
By using JustNovaPay, you consent to the collection and processing of personal information in accordance with applicable South African laws, including POPIA.
We may use your information to:
- Verify identity and payment details
- Prevent fraud and unauthorized activity
- Improve our services and customer experience
- Communicate important account or payment updates
We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use JustNovaPay for unlawful or fraudulent activities
- Interfere with platform security or operations
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems

Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
JustNovaPay provides its services on an “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustNovaPay will not be liable for:

- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays caused by third-party providers or banking institutions
Customers use the platform at their own discretion and risk.
